Day 16: Are We Life, or... (Part 2 of 2)

Let's look practically at Living as Life or Ego.

We will be judged in this life based on what we do and what we have done, not what we think or talk about. But, know that what we do is based on what we think about and how we feel.

We can train ourselves to spot when we are living as Ego by looking at what we are doing, or what we have done, that was less than Best, and in order to get back to Life, we look at WHY we did what we did, by looking at our feelings, thoughts and emotions throughout that experience, and sorting them out.

Remember from Part 1:
  • Ego searches to make everything the same as it; Life allows all expression
  • Ego is keeping everything the same; Life is change.
  • Ego Takes; Life Gives.
  • Ego is there to Protect; Life is there to Grow.
  • Ego is Deception and Lies; Life is Truth and Honesty.
  • Ego sees All as Separate, sees All as either Inferior or Superior; Life sees All as One, as a Whole, sees All as Equal.
  • Ego lives on Conflict; Life lives on Cooperation.
  • Ego Isolates; Life Unites.
  • Ego Suppresses; Life Expresses.
  • Ego comes to an End; Life is Perpetual.

~

When you are wishing someone else would change and do what you are doing, and maybe even getting frustrated about it, and when you are wanting to control the behaviours of others in any way, by trying to get them to say or do something or trying to get them to not say or do something; know that you are living as Ego. Slow it down; how are you supporting them to expand beyond their limitations? What are you scared of, that will be brought up inside of you, if a certain something happens in your environment (like someone saying or doing something, or not saying or not doing something)? Why are you so focused on them, and not you?

When you are constantly in a state of taking as much as you can for giving as little as you can, and abusing others through this state of take take take; you are living as Ego. Investigate; would you want someone else to do the same to you? How would you WANT to be treated, and why aren't you giving in the same way that you want to receive?

When you find yourself arguing to NOT do something, and justifying not having to do it, or blaming others for you not doing it; you are living as Ego. Write it out; what are you afraid of, what are you not willing to change and transcend? What opinions, beliefs, and personalities or characters are you holding onto, believing that they are who You are?

When you find yourself with energy moving inside of you, and you open your mouth to argue and defend, or maybe you keep it all within your mind, know that you wouldn't be feeling these movements of energy and emotions if what you were thinking/saying were based on fact and truth; you are living as Ego. Look inside; what are you hiding from yourself, what are you not being completely honest about? What are you not willing to look at inside of yourself?

When you find yourself judging people with your words, either in your mind or out loud, and putting placing certain people above you as Gods, or on a pedestal, and placing other people below you and lesser than you, as Peasants; you are living as Ego. Examine yourself; what are you insecure about that you must put others down, and what do you see yourself not living/lacking that you must idolize others? Where did you learn to judge others the way that you are judging them?

When you find yourself in any type of conflict with another person and are fighting or arguing with your spouse, girlfriend/boyfriend, friend, stranger, sibling, parents, family, anyone; or in conflict within yourself and maybe you don't know what decision to make, or what belief to hold, or you are feeling confused, or don't know what/who to trust, know that this is how your Ego creates energy, and separates you from others, and separates you from other parts of yourself, and that you are living as Ego. Walk it through, step by step; what are you defending? What would be Best for All? What are you not willing to change, and why aren't you willing to change it? Did you really understand and consider all points, or at least the other person's points?

When you find yourself not wanting to be around others, wanting to keep to yourself, feeling lonely, thinking that you are the only one having the problem or problems that you've been dealing with; you are living as Ego. Acknowledge that you are NEVER the only one and break it down; what are you avoiding in being away from others? Why are you really feeling bad, how are you holding yourself back?

When you find yourself not wanting to communicate, keeping your thoughts to yourself, deciding not to speak or not to move, or using substances that change your state away from what comes naturally to you; when you find yourself not willing to try something new, something different, for whatever reason, and when you catch yourself attempting to do all of the above to another person; you are living as Ego. Catch yourself and start digging; why? What projections or imaginations are you participating in, in your mind, that you are accepting as "what will happen", as reality, when really, it is just one of those energy layers to protect you from getting 'hurt'? What are you afraid of getting hurt from? Go back to when you were a child; when was your expression supressed, and what decisions did you make then, about how you should or shouldn't express yourself?

If you fear Death, it is because deep down, you know that you will face the consequences to how you have lived Your Life, and thus, if you fear Death, it is because deep down, you know that you are NOT living as Life, You are Living primarily as Ego, and therefore you will disappear. You will not exist. You Will End.

Get your Self back to Life, because Life lives on, forever. And if you do not yet understand why you would remain eternal as Life, then you should get your Self back to Life because it will allow you to truly get EVERYTHING you want out of Life; Health, Love, Wealth, Happiness - Everything.

Day 15: Are We Life, or… (Part 1 of 2)

...Or are we EGO? Let's go through the theory, which will give my understanding and supportive imagery, then Part 2 is the Practical; what this looks like in Reality. What IS Life? Not as this thing that we participate in (where we would say "my life"), I mean the thing that GIVES; when god breathed LIFE INTO a vessel; I am talking about THAT WHICH WE ARE; that which powers this body. The very thing that gives life; that gives life to the human body, that gives life to a flower, etc. What is Ego? EGO, describes that which has been layered and layered and layered on top of Life, within each individual, through what we have accepted and allowed. Ego is what holds Life back/keeps Life within/suppressed/down. Let's look at Life and Ego as two Entities. We are born into this world as Life, but we are immediately and completely surrounded by Egos (and I mean people, who have become only Ego). Ego searches to make everything the same a...

Day 5: "I'm sorry, but you were not programmed for this", Part 1

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that building a business would be easy. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to imagine how building a business would go, and when I realized that that is not how it will go, I quit inside of myself, because it is harder than I thought. I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see, understand, and realize, that life WILL NEVER be like how we imagine it in our minds, that our plans will NEVER go exactly as we think it will, that life will ALWAYS give you things that you did not think of at first, that is why it is most valuable to be adaptable and flexible. I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see, realize, and understand that it is the things that happened in our day, in our business, at work, in a game, IN LIFE, that we DID NOT PLAN FOR, that we really and truly appreciate the most, that bring us the most excitement and joy in our li...

Day 1: The Grand Entrance

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowing myself to let all of my resistances, reactions, thoughts, backchats, internal conversations, feelings, emotions, personalities, ego, patterns, habits, behaviours, beliefs, perceptions, ideas, images, pictures, fantasies, imaginations, and memories that hold be back, chain me up, and tie me down to my past, continue to compound and compile into the extent of control that it has on me now, where I cannot even bring myself to do the things I want to be doing, that I can see for myself are Best. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to procrastinate on really taking apart myself as who I am and recreating myself as who I want to be. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to delay and put off and push away my process to the degree that I have, until right now. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I have to get it absolutely perfect and right with ...
